Wanna know a pet peeve of mine?  When a doctor says I need to have a test done, that could possibly lead to a diagnosis that pertains to the day's visit, and then tells me that I need schedule another appointment in the same office to have the testing done.  Huh? Why can't they just do the testing then? Does that even make any sense? It seems like the doctor is "passing the buck" when they do this!!!
